High-performance, contemporary ranch home on Bend’s west side with stunning views. The home is organized and oriented to optimize solar exposure, views, and audible privacy. A full design/build delivery method was implemented while employed as a staff architect with CS Construction.

exposed concrete in-floor radiant heating, ductless VRF cooling/backup heating system, energy recovery ventilation, whole-house air filtration, on-demand hot water heating,
