This 2,476 SF duplex is a first of its kind in Bend’s Old Town Historic District. As a duplex, this project seeks to add much needed middle housing ownership opportunities to Bend’s growing population.

Key Features: Structural insulated panel (SIP) wall construction, high r-value roof system, AeroBarrier advanced air-sealing system, heat pump hot water heating, ductless mini-split heating & cooling, continuous R-20 under slab insulation, solar PV array.
